The hull appeared to be in good condition on the 2008 Bayliner 245 Ciera. There were no noticeable scratches, cracks or gouges in the gelcoat. I would rate the shine at 8+ out of 10. The entire hull, cockpit sole and foredeck were very clean and well kept.
The upholstery on all the seats and benches were clean and in very good condition. There were no rips, tears, burns, or stitching coming loose. The cockpit snap in carpet was clean and in very good condition.
The gauges and switches at the helm all worked with the exception of the speedometer which does not work.
The dinette upholstery was clean and in good condition as was the cabin carpet. No stains, rips or tears. The cabinetry and counter were in good condition. All galley fixtures worked as designed and were also in good condition with one exception. The refrigerator/freezer only works on A/C power not D/C.
All canvas was inspected and in good condition with no tears, rips or stains. Zippers were all in good working order.
The Mercruiser was clean and appeared to be well maintained as were all systems in the engine compartment. Blige was clear and clean.
